One of the best ways to improve the top-end performance from your S52 or M52

Our BimmerWorld Silicone M50 Plenum Adaptor kit is the easiest and least expensive way to install a high-flow M50 intake manifold on your S52/M52 engine. These OBDII engines came from the factory with a narrow, low-volume but high-velocity intake plenum designed to increase low-end torque. While that feels nice around town, the unfortunate side effect is that it sacrifices high-end horsepower, essentially making it a street-tuned plenum. You can easily notice this when taking your engine towards redline, where you can feel it starting to lose it’s breath in the upper RPMs.

By incorporating the larger, higher-volume M50 manifold, you can expect a nice increase in upper-RPM performance with only a slight compromise in low-end power. Our BW M50 Plenum Adaptor Kit allows your engine to pull hard all the way to redline, making this kit ideal for high-performance driving.

Our kit includes all necessary hardware and instructions for a complete installation. NOTE: While we provide a very thorough kit, this is an involved project, and mechanical experience is highly recommended – some minor tweaking of parts for your specific installation may be required.

• Silicone oil separator/idle valve adapter boot with vacuum line*
• Fuel rail adaptor plates and hardware**
• Oil separator to valve cover hose
• Throttle body adapter and seal
• Oil dipstick bracket with hardware
• Vacuum line with T-fitting

**Fuel rail adaptor plates can be used with 92-95 fuel rail cover (not included), or you can modify your existing fuel rail cover to allow fitment of the larger plenum runners.
